Effective September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DP Prime (“DP Prime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Android apps we publish on Google Play under the developer name DPPRIME (each an “App”), and when you visit dpprime.com.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed when you use an App, view advertising in an App, use an App while analytics or crash-reporting services are active, visit dpprime.com, or contact us for support.
It does not apply to Google Play itself, which processes your Google account and download history under Google’s own privacy policy, or to third-party websites, services, or apps that may be linked from an App.
Depending on the App and how you use it, an App may request:
You can review and change permissions at any time in your device settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.
Features and permissions we do not use: our Apps do not request your precise location (GPS), contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, or health data.
Photos and videos you create in Time Warp Scan are processed on your device to show you the result and are stored on your device until you delete them. Sharing uses your device’s standard sharing tools, and the receiving app or service handles the content under its own privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or view your photos or videos.
When you use an App, we and the service providers listed in Section 6 may automatically collect:
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we use them only to respond to you.
Our Apps use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and service providers that may process information on our behalf or for their own service purposes. Not every App uses every provider; the providers used by a given App depend on its features and version. They may include:
These providers act as independent controllers or as our processors, depending on the service. We do not control how independent providers use information they collect, and their privacy policies govern that use.
We use information to:
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region with similar laws, our legal bases for processing are:
Our Apps show ads from the providers listed in Section 6. Ads may be personalized (selected using your advertising identifier, approximate location, and inferred interests) or non-personalized (selected using only contextual information such as the App, your language, and approximate location derived from your IP address).
We share information only:
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
We do not keep a database of users. Content you create stays on your device until you delete it. Usage statistics and crash reports are kept by our analytics and crash-reporting providers for the retention periods set in those services (for example, Google Analytics for Firebase retains user-level event data for up to 14 months and Crashlytics retains crash data for up to 90 days). Advertising partners retain data under their own policies. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Our service providers are located in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the Apps and our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@dpprime.com and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country. If you live in California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Because our Apps do not use accounts, we usually cannot link information held by our service providers to you. The most effective way to exercise your choices is to use the controls described in Sections 9 and 16. For any other request, email support@dpprime.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising SDKs in our Apps may collect advertising identifiers and device information that some U.S. state laws treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by declining personalized ads in the App’s consent form where offered and by turning off ads personalization or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings.
dpprime.com is a static website. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking on it. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability, and keeps them for a limited period.
The Data safety section of each App’s Google Play listing summarizes the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If a summary and this Privacy Policy appear to differ, this Privacy Policy provides the fuller description of our practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of an App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy.
